Mukesh’s business strategy is to cover the entire area of Mahada colony, symbiosis girl’s hostel and few apartments in the area.
Methods and Processes:
There are mainly four factors influencing customers in selecting retail store, these are; price, product range, convenience and experience. However price is the main factor for attracting and retaining consumers.

Considering price as a key factor for Indian consumers in selecting retail store, he is mainly focusing on building his capabilities in offering competitive price as compare to big retail chain store.

Thrice a week he visits the market to get the required material depending on customer’s demands and day to day required products he order on daily basis like milk, cold drinks, bread etc.
Finance:
Working Capital: Day to day required capital is generated through yesterday’s business, keeping the required estimated amount he deposit the rest in the bank for the expansion, for purchasing weekly or monthly products, making monthly payments (electricity bill, rent, society charges etc.). For some heavy requirement of funds he approach bank for short term loan.
CRM & Quality:
In order to retain in the market and to beat supermarkets he maintains a very strong customer relationship and to give quality product and services.
Excellent CRM without any computer or data saved.
Many times he reminds about the product we missed, may not possible in supermarkets.
Credit facility which he can provide to his customers, so very convenient of payment options, can ever imagine that our super markets will come up with such facilities.
Free home delivery, although supermarkets do provide home delivery but the charge extra and distance is limited.
